Okay so I it just me or does this happen to a lot if people?

So today I texted my friend to see if she wanted to hang out tonight. Honestly I don't have much friends like 2 or 3 so anyways, before I can ask her she asks me what I'm doing I said nothing why wana hang out? She says yeah but she's doing something with her friends later. Like Wtf she always does this and flakes on me and when I turn around she's free to go out with her ppl.I know I should make New friends but it's hard bc I'm not in school and I work with old people lol. I just feel like she chooses her own ppl (Hispanic and she is Hispanic) over me all the time. I live in a predominantly Hispanic neighborhood and this happens to me all the time when I make friends. They leave me for their own kind. Before you start pointing fingers and saying I'm generalizing I'm not bc if you were in my shoes you would feel the same way. Can anyone relate. I feel really sad right now just knowing that everyone can call up a friend to make plans but when I do I get rejected or stood up. I'm leaving to another state over summer. Maybe things will change when I move.
