What is considered a good healthy diet?

It's not very good, that's for sure, especially the fast food. I would venture to guess that as you age, you will put on more weight and easily top 150 in no time. Your metabolism will slow down and unless you make good choices and exercise, you will gain weight. Granted, if you eat crap but less portion wise, you can minimize damage. But eating right is more than just looks and weight. It's for your health.
