What type of diet would suit a Muay Thai practitioner?

Hey guys, my names Zach and I'm going to start Muay Thai next week. I've been doing Tae Kwon Do for the past 2 years so i am generally a fast-ish person. I'm 16 years old, 6"1 and 67kg. I'm thin but what I do have is mostly muscle. In terms of a healthy diet for someone trying to put on around 10kg of lean muscle and keep it on, what would you say I'd have to eat. Mind you I have a very very high metabolism, I eat 3 full sized meals a day, mostly rices and pastas, with various meats and vegetables. I snack 4-5 times a day, mostly fruit but often chips ;o I also tend to drink a lot of Coke...lol. Any tips :D
