What should i do? I cant sleep please help me ...thank you in advance?

I really love my ex but he acts so nonchalant about our break up one minute and the next minute he sends me flowers. He calls me n block his number i know its him because my phone company told me. But when i call him he yells and calls me bad names and insist i stop calling him. We were together for a year but he cheated on me i love him so much i am willing to give him another chance but now he is showing no interest in me. When i call him he tells me how much girls he has with but also tells me if i have with another guy he will kill him smh i cant let him go because deep down i feel he cares but he is not showing it. I changed my number and when i told him ahead of time he said stop calling him and screamed really loudly he called me bad names and said i aggravate him the next day my friend calls me and says he has been begging her for my new number i dont understand he puts on this act like he doesnt care but then act as if he cares? Does he still care what should i do?
