Do you think I can lose weight ?

I think that you definitely should lose weight. Though other answers have said that if you've been doing this for a while and you haven't lost any weight you won't lose weight, I think you probably have lost fat but you just don't know it. Usually when you start working out, your body loses fat but gains muscle, so even though you lose fat your weight doesn't change for a while (which is why I think weight isn't the best judgement of how obese a person is). I do think you should switch up your workout routine, though. It'll keep you from getting bored and it'll help you lose more weight. If your body gets too used to the same routine it won't react to it as fast as if you keep switching up the routines. Jump-roping's a great way to lose weight.
