Help with feeding 'schedule'?

I have 6 young Female Betta's in my 55 gallon. To feed them I have blood worms, gl worms, peas, pellets, and the hated flakes. I know that the worms are treats. So should I only feed them those once a week? I am throwing out the flakes. And the peas, once a week to? I also got 6 Cory cats. I am preparing boiled cuber for them now.
