I'm Writing A Vampire Story, and I Don't Want To Be Cliche... Help?

Ok when i first started reading i though oh god another generic vampire book. But the adoption part was really good. Im not just saying that for the points too. I was ready to hate on you when i read the question. This is really good. Keep working at it because people actually might want to read that.
