You can't really answer this question over the internet. Go there and see how it feels to you. If you can live with their requirements, and I mean all of them in terms of time and financial commitment, then go for it. If after visiting, you don't like it, then go somewhere else. It's just that simple.

In Western Wisconsin it is pretty much a McDojo and all about the money and long term contract. They will not (most likely) tell you about the increasing belt fees and pushes to promote even if you are not ready. There are better schools out there, ask lots of questions and don't sign a long term contract until you have tried it for at least a month. Keep in mind they teach more of an Art than a Martial-Art.
