I would like to start doing martial arts and want to know which is best in regards to strength, muscle size, flexibility and balance. I am aware that martial arts is completely different to weight lifting and won't build muscle size so much as muscular endurance, but I plan to combine weight training with it. My favourite styles by idea are karate, tae kwon do and kickboxing. I am not keen on mma or muay Thai (at least not right now). Any tips?
